WHO IS JILLIAN 

Jillian is a full-time fitness instructor, personal trainer and FNTP in Denver, CO.  Alongside co-founding Compass Fitness, Jillian is a certified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association, and has her BA in Kinesiology. Her passion lies in helping people feel their best and discover their healthiest self through a deeper understanding of nutrition and food, lifestyle and movement. She is a lululemon legacy ambassador, an 200-hr RYS certified yoga instructor and has taught yoga and fitness in both Colorado Springs and Denver over the past fifteen years.
