About Jillian


Jillian is a full time personal trainer, fitness instructor and FNTP in Denver, CO. Alongside co-founding Compass Fitness, Jillian is a certified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association, and has her BA in Kinesiology. She has worked with over 60 one-on-one clients over the past two years and in that time has identified people desire to eat healthy and sometimes don't know where to start. They often have minimal time to dedicate to meal planning and sometimes feel confused by all of the conflicting information about food. This need inspired Jillian to create this package to help people make shape of their food plan and get to cooking healthy, delicious meals.
